Dulwich House
Located in East Dulwich in London, the brief of the extension of this med-ter-raced double storey Victorian house required reconfiguration of the Ground Floor and a new rear and side extension with an improved relationship with the rear garden.
The existing Kitchen area will be maximised with the addition of a side and rear extension with skylight to maximise the natural light. Big sliding door to the rear extension, will help to improve the connection to the rear garden and create an inside outside feel.
The overall shape of the rear and side extension has been designed in such a way, to minimise impact and allow maximum daylight to the neighbouring properties. The scale of the extension is in keeping and of low impact to the surrounding properties.
